To play for Mulgrave in 2026, there's two steps you need to complete:

- MFC Membership

You must be registered with the EFNL prior to our first practice match.

MFC MEMBERSHIP
You have two options:
- Pay your own membership fees, OR
- Get a player sponsor, which covers your membership fees
