In line with the club constitution, notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Mulgrave Football Club Inc.

All club members are strongly encouraged to attend.

The ordinary business of the meeting is:

• to confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting
• to receive and consider the annual report of the committee and the financial statements of the club for the preceding financial year; and
• to elect members of the committee

Any other general business may also be conducted.

Please note that any COVIDSafe settings in place in Victoria will apply to attendance at this meeting.
